Booking terms and conditions
1. Purpose
These terms govern the booking of stays, spa services and experiences offered by BEMAUS S.L. ("the Hotel") through this booking platform. By completing a booking, the customer accepts these terms.
2. Booking process
The customer selects dates, rooms and/or services, reviews the total price including VAT and completes their details. The booking is confirmed once payment is validated by the payment gateway. The customer receives a booking code and an email confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. The booking is formalised through online payment of 100% of the total amount, by card through a secure payment gateway, at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation up to 7 days before the check-in date: 100% refund. Cancellation between 7 days and 24 hours before check-in: 80% refund. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: no refund. Changes are subject to availability.
5. Liability
The Hotel is not liable for errors arising from incorrect data provided by the customer. The platform shows real-time availability; in the event of overbooking due to a technical error, the Hotel will offer an equivalent alternative or a full refund.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Hotel's domicile, unless consumer regulations state otherwise.
